A Bit About Rabia

I am humbled to be a part of your healing journey. As your personalized therapist with over 20 years of healing work, I am a conduit for hope and healing.  Therapy is a collaborative process that involves openness and receptivity. This is a partnership where you bring in the desire to change for the better, and I guide you through that roadmap to achieve this desire.

I am trained in mindfulness-based cognitive therapist with my mind-body medicine degree from Harvard University. In addition, I am a UC Berkeley certified mindfulness meditation teacher, Linehan Certified in DBT, EMDR, and internal family systems (IFS). I use an Ericksonian psychotherapy approach with a combination of narrative, drama, dance and movement therapies to help you release trauma in the body. As a certified sex and relationship therapist with a masters from Pepperdine University, I embody an eclectic approach that varies with each individual. 


Sometimes life will throw a curveball and you find yourself unexpectedly pulled off track, you are not alone in this unknown space. That is where I step in and help you realign yourself, discover your true purpose in life, and achieve a higher sense of happiness. Through this process, you will also make new discoveries about yourself, the world you live in, and the person you want to become - carving new pathways to a happier and more fulfilling life.
