A Bit About Jill

Supervised by Ektha Aggarwal, LCSW

I am a poet and a dog mom of 2 wonderful puppies. I use yoga, meditation and mindfulness to ease the mind, body and soul. I love dancing and live music, skateboarding and to sing my heart out. Listening to ocean waves crashing relaxes me and  helps to remind me about the ebbs and flow of life.

The colorful life experiences I have gone through and my specialty in spirituality, relationships and domestic violence have paved the way for me to be the right holistic therapist in Los Angeles for you.  I understand that life may not be easy and always simple, and sometimes it feels like the world is crashing down all around you.  A deep breath or kind words can go a long way in soothing you in a time of distress.  Even if you are at your lowest point in your life, it is possible to start a new life and embrace who you truly are.  No matter what you have been through in life, you always have the opportunity to make changes to heal and grow. Nothing is permanent and that is the beauty in life.

Whether you lost a loved one, are going through a tough break up, went through a traumatic experience, or trying to discover who you are, I am here to guide you through it, so you can live a fulfilling and peaceful life.   You have a reason and purpose as to why you are here on earth.  Sometimes it's hard to remember that when you are stuck in your monkey mind.

You are not just the mind. You are mind, body and soul. Don't let this be forgotten.

The key is to connect with all 3 parts of yourself to truly know thyself.

My desire is to help you connect to your true authentic self. Being a holistic therapist in Los Angeles, I believe that this journey starts with self-love and unconditional acceptance.  People are far too often judgmental and  unkind to themselves. Compassion goes a long way towards success and empowerment.  I am a firm believer in setting graceful boundaries for self and others. The key to a happy life is building a healthy routine of self care.

A Message To My Clients

My soul mission as a holistic therapist in Los Angeles is to help YOU truly know who you are at the core. As a multicultural therapist, I enjoy working with various cultures, races and backgrounds. I have the ability to meet you where you are at at any stage of life. Whether you show up with a smile on your face or tears in your eyes I am here for you and honor every emotion. I find that laughter is one of the best medicines in life, and so is crying or grieving. People are multidimensional beings and so complex from day to day. It's not easy being a human, however, it's truly a blessing!
