Come learn the SHAKTI pillars and use them as a roadmap for your life and embody the heart centered yoga led by our expert, Harpinder Maan, to release held trauma any time.

This 90 minute workshop is a place where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. No matter where you are in the process of coming back home to yourself you can use this heart centered yoga approach to connect with yourself, honor and acknowledge your emotions, and offer self-compassion.

This event is donation based, however no one will be turned away if they are not able to donate. The suggested donation  varies from $11 - $33 here ( or on Eventbrite Tickets) and net proceeds will go to support a charitable domestic violence non-profit to pay it forward. Pay what you can by sharing your own price below. 2023 is about lifting up prosperity consciousness for all!

Goals of Trauma Heart Healing Yoga:

1. Understand how trauma-informed yoga can build mind-body connection for healing.

2. Offer and practice asana (gentle movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation for self-love.

3. Have an understanding of practices that clients can takeaway to implement in their lives to have greater self-compassion.
