Shakti Therapy + Nisha Mody collaborate to present Boundaries for BIPOC Women.

Shakti Therapy & Healing Services is a BIPOC holistic group practice that combines Eastern and Western approaches to ensure healing. Come learn the importance of setting boundaries with grace as a BIPOC person led by Nisha Mody. Allow your voice to be guided by intuition and not past traumas.

Creating and maintaining boundaries can be challenging, especially for BIPOC women navigating intergenerational trauma and healing. During this 90-minute interactive workshop, Nisha will facilitate a discussion around boundaries, specifically about creating more spaciousness through agency and having self-compassion throughout the process.

Participants will:

1. Define what a boundary is for themselves based on lived experiences.

2. Determine which boundary types and contexts are their highest priority.

3. Choose care practices that support offering themselves self-compassion.
