As a South Asian therapist in Los Angeles and immigrant woman who has experienced and witnessed the stigma around mental health, alcohol/drug addiction in families, and societal condoning of the heteronormative roles throughout my life, I provide a compassionate and empowering environment for you to feel confident within your own skin and culture so you can break free from the societal expectations of who you should be. The goal of our therapeutic relationship is to create a safe environment for you to work through life challenges, heal intergenerational trauma, and confidently tap into your authentic self by shifting the voice of your inner critic.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Associate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I have been supporting people in achieving their life goals and breaking down intergenerational trauma. I am deeply passionate in raising my voice and helping you find your voice if you are struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges or mood disorders that may be heightened by your traumatic upbringing.

A Message To My Clients
Therapy and healing are both an art and a skill. As a humanity, we share a common goal to lead a happier and healthier life in all aspects. My work as a South Asian therapist in Los Angeles, is to empower you to practice self-compassion in the face of adversity, to understand your needs and culturally communicate them effectively, and create supportive boundaries within unhealthy relationships, and to engage in consistent self-care to thrive with your mental health. These skills will allow you to be self-sufficient, encourage you to develop health interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, and heal from intergenerational trauma.
