A Bit About Vidhi

Supervised by Ektha Aggarwal, LCSW

I am deeply committed to helping you develop your identity, self esteem, and confidence by teaching you to recognize your core beliefs, thought patterns, and the impact of your backgrounds & experiences. My purpose is to help you look inward and heal your internal world to impact change in your external world. I strive to help you feel worthy and empowered to pursue the changes you desire to live a happier and healthier life.

I bring with me seven years of experience helping individuals of various ages with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, self esteem, social relationships, trauma, cultural expectations, and life transitions. I specialize in working with people of color, especially from South Asian/ Desi backgrounds. I pull from different therapeutic approaches to provide my clients with specialized and holistic treatment.

During my free time, I can be found doing any dog-friendly activity. My furbaby and I are each other’s emotional support companions. I enjoy hiking, going to mountains, or watching anything true crime! I prioritize self care, personal growth, and setting comprehensive, yet realistic, daily routines. I would love to share how I stay organized and on top of all of life’s demands with you!

A Message To My Clients

I serve to create a warm, and safe place to share your story and guide you throughout your healing journey. I am committed to be nonjudgmental, compassionate, and provide supportive accountability.
