Understanding. Heart-Centered. Supportive. Trustworthy.

A Bit About Faith

Feelings of anxiety, being overwhelmed, or not understanding parts of yourself can be difficult to deal with on your own. You may be feeling the loneliness of this day and age, and certain life experiences can result in being hurt, frightened, or traumatized. As your therapist, I walk with you on your journey towards healing, and utilize Psychotherapy to help you process and understand these moments together. I aim to ensure progress in all areas of your life through empowerment and healing. Together, we can challenge adverse thought patterns, establish a sense of stability, and work towards becoming a happier and healthier you.

My heart is to empower teens, young adults, and adults, especially those who have experienced trauma and/or sexual abuse. You deserve a safe space to be heard and understood - to know that you are not alone. The healing process is critical in order to move forward, and to find joy and peace again. It would be my privilege to guide you through this journey of understanding and healing.
