A Bit About Faith

What does it feel like to truly love yourself? Your story matters, and I am here to give it the voice you deserve. Beyond the fears lay your worth and happiness. As a person trying to do the best you can in this world, your fears may cause you to feel judged, excluded, or hurt. As a trauma therapist in Los Angeles, I guide you to a place where you are seen and understood, so you can feel accepted and loved. Together, we can challenge those harmful thought patterns and help you truly feel good about yourself.

Feelings of anxiety, being overwhelmed, or not understanding parts of yourself can be difficult to deal with on your own. You may be feeling the loneliness of this day and age, and certain life experiences can result in being hurt, frightened, or traumatized. As your Korean American trauma therapist in Los Angeles, I walk with you on your journey towards healing, and utilize Psychotherapy to help you process and understand these moments together. I aim to ensure progress in all areas of your life through empowerment and healing. Together, we can challenge adverse thought patterns, establish a sense of stability, and work towards becoming a happier and healthier you.

As a Korean-American trauma therapist in Los Angeles, my heart is to empower those who have experienced trauma and/or sexual abuse. You deserve a safe space to be heard and understood - to know that you are not alone. The healing process is critical in order to move forward, and to find joy and peace again. It would be my privilege to guide you through this journey of understanding and healing.
